Ducks in trouble

The Ducks are in trouble!! They have eaten the neighbors garden that is in our yard. They ate his peppers down to nothing as well as 3 of my melons. Why don't they eat the squash bugs that are taking over? They are finally fenced in, but 2 of the chickens got loose and were going for the tomatoes. I hope the eggs are worth it.
